This project will open up new worlds of learning for my students by allowing them to use their hands and brains together. Utilization of the family figures in play experiences will allow the children to express their emotions in a more positive manner. The Big Books will open up small group learning opportunities where the children are able to look, listen and act out scenes from the books and the manipulatives will increase their hands-on skills and provide them with visual, motor and brain stimulating learning opportunities. 4 year old learners are extremely inquisitive and each item on the list will provide unique new learning opportunities.
