This project utilizes VR in the world languages classes. The goal is for two students to interact with each other in an environment that would be familiar with a native speaker of the chosen language. We have been working with RedShift education to form lessons however we do not have any VR headsets at the school to work with students. Students will use VR to simulate real-world application of the language that they are speaking in their world language course. The goal is to create an environment where the culture and language are one. This is to create an authentic environment where students can demonstrate competency in the chosen language.
