This year we are studying the forces of push and pull. We are going to design a way to easily push or pull heavy rocks from one area to another. The Ramps Balls Exploration kit will allow my students to see ramps at work. This will inspire them as they to carry out their own investigations. This hits the science standards Science and Engineering Practices SEP 1-4. The ELA centers will engage students with fun activities to help them strengthen their phonics skills. Students will also enjoy working with their peers!
