Teaching tolerance in a world of hate, is what I plan to continue to do! Whether black or white, rich or poor, gay or straight, Christian or atheist, everyone deserves respect. These books will enhance my students’ knowledge and allow them to explore different cultures, traditions, fears, successes. These great reads will allow them to see that we are all the same on the inside even when different on the outside. And most importantly, I hope it inspires each one to love more and hate less, to become active in their community in order to bring peace and tolerance everywhere they go.
