This 3D printer will be used in the math and science classrooms to develop skills that lead to future STEM majors. The goal is to inspire interest in students that encourages growth through exploration. There may be some confusion on how a 3D printer can be used in the classroom, but it can be an invaluable resource! This printer will give the student the ability to develop their interest in architecture, medicine, engineering, and geology. This printer will be used to develop models of minerals, topographical maps and several other resources that will be used in all of their classes. This will also be used to allow the students to develop and create their own projects that are used in their own interests. Such as sculptures for art and models that show scale factors between figures. Thank you for considering our project!
