Many of my students will be playing and interacting on the floor due to age, size, and ability, so having the child-size couches, pillows and cushions for them to use will help make their experience as comfortable as possible. I truly believe that having quality materials saves money in the long run and will help keep my children safe while their curiously and excitement drives their learning. The dramatic play area has always been one of the most influential centers as it is usually the area children are most familiar with who are coming in with little educational experience. So, having the kitchen table to sit at and facilitate higher-level​ thinking, while playing and keeping the children comfortable at the same time is crucial.
