I have taught upper elementary for over 15 years, but never kindergarten. Kindergarten requires a plethora of materials and tools to do the job well, and I am essentially starting from scratch. The kitchen set and STEM Bundle will go a long way to provide the comprehensive and developmentally appropriate education my kindergarteners need. These materials are durable and can be used across the curriculum. The wooden kitchen set will to help develop critical thinking and language skills as well as social emotional learning. The STEM Bundle will help spark the flame of curiosity about how things work and will introduce these little learners to materials and concepts they have never before encountered. Play is a child's work. These materials will give my kindergarteners a chance to apply the math, science, and language skills they are acquiring each day, and will them to find the wonder and joy of learning.
