With safety being a concern in some neighborhoods, many students do not get the opportunity to go outside and just stare up at the moon, stars, and planets. This mobile planetarium will give the students an opportunity to learn about meteors, the inner and outer planets, as well as our planet earth. I would like this planetarium to spark an interest in science that will follow them from kindergarten all through elementary, middle, high school, college, and beyond. It would be wonderful to spark the incredible mind of a future scientist that began with an experience they had in kindergarten.
