Making the transition from at-home learning due to Covid-19 to being back in school has been difficult for many students. Many students have been or will be at home on quarantine throughout the school year. Adding flexible seating will allow students to learn in a less rigid classroom environment, making the adjustment from home to school easier. Increasing creative opportunities using printmaking and oil pastels to document emotions and change will help students create a tangible representation of their SEL experiences this year as well. Help me ease the adjustment back into full-time classroom learning with comfortable, flexible seating and creative applications for SEL.
