My students see me tracking my steps and moves each day with my FitBit and are always eager to learn more about what it is and why I am doing it. Eventually, a few of my students asked if there was a way they could track their own steps too, and we came up with the idea to ask for pedometers for the whole class. Nothing is more special than walking into a room and having every child knee-deep in being fit and healthy! With these pedometers, they will learn how to have fun with being fit and healthy!

About my class
