Not only can the children easily relocate these seats as their groups change, the seating is colorful and attractive which only makes the learning environment more appealing. The lightweight characteristic of this seating allows the children to be mobile as our building undergoes significant renovations this year which will displace our classroom at least once. The focus with flexible seating is to ignite the fun, in any possible way, in each learner as they enter and leave my classroom. Flexible seating will encourage and motivate learners to collaborate with their peers. Our school is adjusting to a middle school mock schedule this next year which will help prepare our students for the next level of education. However, with some fun, interactive seating, I hope to still appeal to the child in each of our learners.
