Students will be able to learn through hands on spatial reasoning techniques when manipulating each piece of their design. Students will use the Engineering Design Process when creating new designs and improving old designs previously created. The building wall allows for a different learning experience for all students K-5 that do not have access or the opportunity to learn through hands on building. The building wall will also allow for students to apply their thinking and learn from their designs, what works and what doesn’t - applying the EDP everyday. Student engagement will most definitely increase with daily access to a building wall.
