These chemical model building kits will be used in all levels of classes to build molecules and compounds. The lessons that these kits are needed for will help my students visualize the molecules, bring them off the paper and into a 3D structure. The 3D structure that the model kit will provide will turn each lesson into a tactile learning experience. Students will look at the periodic table and build the individual element with is electrons that are looking for pairs. Students will then be able to make ionic and covalent bonds with ease as well as seeing hydrocarbons and other organic molecules.
