Who doesn't love learning about animals and their behaviors. This kit will allow students to do just that with hands on care and direct observations with three types of animals. Students will study behaviors and needs of animals that call the water their home (African Dwarf Frogs), animals that live strictly on land (Millipedes), and a combination of both (Fiddler Crabs). This science kit contains a teacher's guide that provides engaging lessons for all types of learners. Students will be working in small groups to create habitats for each of these animals. Once these habitats are established they will then care for them by feeding and maintaining cleanliness within the habitats. Students will additionally record animals observations and behaviors in their science journals.
