Technology in our classroom will provide additional resources to my scholars. The new curriculum includes a technology literacy station weekly. There are apps for students to practice their reading, and listening skills for our ELL students who are tested yearly to determine their growth. Many of our scholars take their tests on the computer as an accommodation. Our state State Board of Education has voted to have all scholars take the state exam by using computers in the near future. iPads would support our scholars in preparation for upcoming assessments. I want to make sure they have every advantage in being successful.
