My students LOVE hands on learning! As research suggests, many special needs students are multi-modal learners. For many of my students, hands on is the best way to learn. Last year I was able to do a few different tactile activities using beads, wood chips, rice, cotton balls and much more. The students loved writing, finding, and hiding letters and numbers in the different materials but it got a bit messy. This table will help us make sensory learning a regular part of student's resource time. By donating to this project, you can help us continue to learn with out brains and hands.
