My fifth-grade students come from highly impoverished and dangerous homes. 100% of them receive free breakfast and lunch and often that is all they have for the day. I will be teaching them to take care of their mind, body and souls through lessons on NUTRITION, mindfulness, yoga and exercise. To keep them motivated and able to focus, I will provide a healthy and nutritious snack every day. Their neighborhood is lacking color and comfort, therefore I want to give them a safe, welcoming, comfortable and cozy and environment to call their own every single day. Thank you so much.

About my class
