I want to provide a comfortable space for my students to cuddle up with a book and help them learn to love literature. As an English teacher, my goal is to help my students find the types of books they love that will make them lifelong readers. It would be amazing to have a dedicated space where the students felt comfortable reading. Setting up a specific quiet place for my students to escape into a book would make a world of difference. This space will also be used for journal time. I encourage my students to have free time with their thoughts and being able to journal is a great outlet for them.
