At my school, students are given a voice and choices in their learning. In my classroom, I would like to provide that for my students by letting them choose a seat or space that works best for them. By donating to my project, you are giving my students even more opportunities to take ownership of their learning and know how their brain and bodies learn best. My students are noticeably more engaged and involved in their learning when they are able to learn in a way that is most comfortable and suitable for them. Students will use the metal stools during small group instruction and have the opportunity to have at their desk as well. They will be able to use wobble stools during these times as well. The lap desks will be available for students to use during independent and group work time and will be hugely beneficial for students who prefer to work on the floor.
