Stress is so detrimental to learning. Meditation and relaxation have been proven to support and enhance student learning. This room will be equipped with: meditation chairs for students to meditate in, a computer with noise canceling headset equipped with relaxation audios and it will be decorated with a nice area rug and table lamp. By creating a "calm and peace" room we will supply our students with a much-needed environment and resources. The room will be accessible to our middle school and high school students. By using this room our students will be able to flourish in a holistic manner.

About my class
