I am starting a new elective class for middle school this year called functional fitness. This class is for students who are looking to improve their fitness level or students who want a more intimate setting than a large PE class. By donating dumbbells and resistance bands the students will be able to participate in multiple workouts throughout the year. This equipment is essential to starting this program. I am hoping every year to add some new equipment to really grow this program so eventually it can be offered to teachers and maybe even families. But first we must start with the basics!

About my class
