Future mathematicians and young scientist enter my classroom daily with the highest expectations that Mrs. Perkins will challenge their creative and stretch their thinking to infinity and beyond! We have perseverance! Together we face big challenges, impossible tasks, and difficult problems. Some days we may not, but no matter what our day has in store for us we are brave and determination beams from each child. This year my goal is to provide my students with the flexibility and comfort to explore, research, and master challenging concepts in an environment where they can claim their own comfortable space and collaborate with their peers. I am asking for donations to purchase large area rugs and bean bag chairs for flexible learning experiences. I have already purchased some hand me down stools and pillows, but that's is not my dream for my kids. They deserve the best and I hope that you can feel my passion and commitment to my students and will contribute to their academic journey!
