Reading is a major part of the ELA curriculum, but it can be difficult to get struggling readers to read books. I work hard on locating books that match my students' interests and they always love the ones I choose and devour them quickly. I spend over $100 a month of my own money buying great reads for my students, because I always support their love of reading and will never turn down a chance to buy a student a book that will get them to read. I've been very successful with matching books to students and supporting this project would be supporting my endeavor and would help me connect students to great reads.
