As a first year teacher I will need to build many aspects of my classroom over time. My classroom library is the one area that I believe needs to be built first, and built well. These books will allow my students to be who they are meant to be. Through the exploration of different books my students will be opened to new and exciting experiences. They will see and come to know things for the first time! Reading a great book is a gift and my classroom will be a place that provides a diverse array of book choices for each student no matter what their interest may be. I am hopeful that this project will allow me to have my classroom library close to where it needs to be for my students.

About my class
