As a first year teacher, I have been excited about new teaching techniques, one being blended learning, which uses technology such as iPads in the classroom for an interactive form of learning. This method of learning makes teaching more accessible for students such as English Language Learners, students who miss school, and those students who crave a creative and innovative way of learning!
As students have become more responsive to technologically based classrooms, I would like to adopt technologically based learning to further increase productivity and student comprehension.
With the technology I am requesting, learning would be readily accessible to my students. As a current graduate student, making student learning and lessons remotely accessible to my students would be a great asset to our classroom. Students would be able to see me teach lessons from virtually anywhere which would help student based learning inside and outside of the classroom. It also gives me the ability to create modified lessons for my students which allows students to grow at their own pace.
In addition, with these materials, this would allow me to create multiple videos and tutorials quickly and efficiently for students at different academic levels so that I can cater to each of their needs.
Finally, I would be able to quickly and efficiently create lesson plans and materials both inside and outside of the classroom. This flexibility would allow the time to accurately tailor the materials to the specific learning needs of various student groups.
