Drone technology will allow the students to work in groups, where they will work on their communication and collaboration skills. Studnets will use blockly coding to code the drones. I have designed a series of challenges based on the engineering design process. This process takes the students through six steps: ask, imagine, plan, create, test, improve, and eventually share. “Whether we’re fighting climate change or going to space, everything is moved forward by computers, and we don’t have enough people who can code. Teaching young people to code early on can help build skills and confidence and energize the classroom with learning-by-doing opportunities.” —Richard Branson, Founder, Virgin Group
