I have been collecting books for my classroom for a little bit of time now. With this shelf, I plan to take a label maker and label the bins a different genre of book. Every month I am going to assign them a different genre of book to read. They will be more than welcome to go to my bookshelf and find the genre I have assigned and pick a book from the bin. They can either take that book and read it or if nothing catches their eye, they are more them welcome to borrow it and take it to the library to help them find a book that is like it or in the same genre. I want them to get exposed to as many different types of books as I can and make reading fun. Thank you for your support and help.
