Seating options, like wobble chairs and yoga balls, offer my students a chance to engage their mind and body in the learning process. Studies show that students with ADHD tend to focus better when they are given the opportunity to release some extra energy. I want to use these seating options to allow my students a chance to improve their focus during reading and math lessons. These different seating options will encourage my class to use their creative energy in a positive way. They will enjoy working at their desks or tables, knowing they do not have to stay stationary all day long!

About my class
