My kindergarteners have little language but that won't stop them. The puzzles in this project will help them with problem solving, hand and eye coordination, cooperative play, and many more. The puzzles will let my students learn the alphabet, letter sounds, and building important vocabulary. When you walk into my class, you will see my group of 5 year old working on the puzzles with my aide or myself. After an introduction, I will move the alphabet puzzles to an independent exploration center. There they may choose to work on it by themselves or as a team. Learning the alphabet continues to be fun. The magic boards in this project will help my class learn how to write the alphabet. We will use the magic boards whole class, small group, and independently. The magic boards offers a fun and different opportunity for my kiddos to learn how to write. Kindergarteners learn through observation, play, and practice.
