Moving from Chicago, I was unable to bring many of my teaching tools to ensure an inviting, organized space to my new group of 3rd graders so that each morning, they’re ready to learn. This donation will ensure my current and future students an inviting space to learn. These materials will create a classroom environment that students can be comfortable and ready to learn! Each student will have an orange storage bin with name tags and an answer board whiteboard to be able to learn throughout the room with flexible seating to meet the individual learning styles. With the help, yourself book bin, the library will be reorganized into genres for the students to be able to get comfortable identifying literature. Those bins will also be used for math manipulatives so they can be accessible to aid in student’s visual understanding. The name tags, craft sticks, and other items on the list will be used to identify bins and give supplies a space in the classroom. When a classroom is student-centered, students know and can jump in and explore the world with more intensity. By donating to our project, you will not only help this year's crop of third graders, but your generous donation will also be used for future generations of students.
