As of now, there haven’t been many teachers at our school site who use common core books for teaching. The new teachers at this site want to change that and bring back a love of these texts to our students! Our students will learn a wide variety of skills that are common core aligned through the use of these texts. We hope to boost our students’ knowledge and ability to do well on various tests that affect college placement by implementing these novels. While it would be amazing to have one test per student, at this time, we would like class sets to share with each other throughout the year.
