These number and counting materials will give my students the opportunity to practice early math concepts in a fun and engaging way. All of the materials are focused on numerals and counting but will also enhance many math concepts, fine motor skills, socialization between peers, and vocabulary development. Early exposure to math concepts is a huge predictor of later academic success. I would like to expand the amount of time my students spend practicing math concepts including numeral identification, counting, comparisons, measuring, patterns, and general number sense. These materials will aid me greatly in setting up a math rich environment for my students.
