Positive reinforcement will increase a change in attitude, a change in behavior, a change in drive, and a change in school morale. We aim to increase the amount of students who are able to participate and take advantage of every reward, every party, and every celebration by getting a head of the curve and creating an environment where positive behavior is both the norm and second nature. My students we see the rewards of changing their behavior and that change will matriculate throughout the building causing for a decrease in the students that have behavior challenges. PBIS is mandatory and an tool that will assist with this much needed change.

About my class
