With the ability to create specific learning activities, such as games, flash cards, or hands on manipulatives for my students, I will be able to meet the diverse learning needs of all my students in the special education classroom. I like to also create a warm and fun learning environment for them with friendly and happy decorations on the wall. Since I am changing classrooms, I get to start fresh with new designs and colorful wall art to make my room inviting for the students. I like to make learning fun for my students. Providing them with activities to help with their different learning needs, creates a safe and fun space for them to learn the best way for them. Because I am a special Education teacher, getting the students motivated to learn is easier to do when I incorporate games, hands on actives and different learning tools in the lessons I teach. Also having a room that is uniquely decorated and fun, the students enter the class a little more motivated then they would walking into a stark white room.
