With technology in the classroom, the possibilities can be endless to teach and learn. By having a Chromebook for use in the classroom, my students can "visit" places they have only dreamed about seeing here in southeastern Kentucky. Not only will they be able to use them as a research tool, but they can use them to individualize their learning. We can use Chromebooks with multiple programs offered at our school, such as, but not limited to IXL, Study Island and MYON. These programs can individualize student learning; therefore, each student is getting exactly what is needed on their level. Becoming a teacher, I always knew I wanted to push students to be their best, and with the use of Chromebooks, that will help tremendously.
