Personal book bins allow students to select books that fit their reading level and take the time to read each one. In addition, these bins increase student independence as they can collect interesting books and get reading instead of getting up to trade in a book each time they finish. I am striving to create an inviting and easy to use classroom library that will inspire students to dive into a book. This bookstand will allow me to display beloved read-aloud books for students to explore on their own. I will also use this display to share books related to other content areas including math and science topics.

About my class
