Distance Learning relies on technology in order to support student learning. Students rely on document cameras in order to view their teacher modeling working out problems, as well as clear cameras on teacher devices which are necessary for students to view what teachers are teaching. Furthermore, teachers depend on printers in order to print out materials which are used to better support student learning. However, as Distance Learning often relies on teachers and students working from home, these necessities are often not available. Despite the technological challenges of Distance Learning, my students retain their positive attitude! They come to class every morning over Zoom and are very excited to see their classmates and me. Even though there has been a steep learning curve with technology, they continue to be resilient and persevere through it all. The products I have chosen will help increase my students' ability to learn during Distance Learning. The document camera, printer, and computer camera are all important to help increase my ability to instruct my students and communicate the lessons to my students. These devices can also help make lessons more clear and engaging. This project will help enhance my students' learning experience throughout Distance Learning.
