The tables and chairs that I have chosen will allow my students to be more comfortable in my classroom. They will make all instructional transitions much smoother! I will be able to focus on small group instruction when it is needed. This seating will help to build a feeling of community! Students can write on the tables with dry erase markers to practice math problems and to help each other! I always encourage group work during class. Also, using learning centers and group work projects will be better accommodated. I believe adding these seating options will make planning easier for me and greatly improve the atmosphere for my kids.
