When students are reading or working independently or with a partner, they want to be able to spread out around the room and begin working in a comfortable learning environment. Our students are learning to read to attain information, but we also want them to develop a love for reading. I want them to enjoy reading and to look forward to time each day when they can sit back and escape into a book that they are reading. Even when kids are working on a math or writing assignment, they love being able to sit in a special comfy chair!
