Having access to a classroom color printer and ink will allow me to create the visual supports that my students need. The students I teach have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. These students are visual learners and often utilize pictures to communicate, understand information, and to simply interact with their environment. The color printer and ink will also allow me to modify current limited academic curriculum materials. Research indicates with visual supports they will be more successful. These materials will impact my current and future students. Having a classroom color printer and ink will ensure my students' success.
