Sitting still in traditional hard back chairs is not fun for anyone! My five and six years old's love to stand, jiggle, and wiggle while they work. I have found that my students love to have a variety of options for where they work whether that be standing, sitting on the floor, laying on their bellies, and sitting on stools. I currently have stools in my classroom that my students love to sit on during teacher time so I would love to offer more options for them to choose from for all the tables in my class. My students are more engaged when they have a chance to wiggle while they work. These stools and cushions will provide for a more developmentally appropriate Kindergarten classroom. It will help them grow and learn. We will aim high in all that we do while we wiggle and work.
