These Lakeshore Book Bins will allow each student in my class to have their very own reading space that becomes portable from different places around the room and even the building. Giving students these book bins allows for them to place specific books in their bin so they are able to easily find that book again to pick up where they left off! The book bins will be assigned to each student, which allows them to take ownership over this supply and treat it as another "home". They will spend a good amount of time with this book bin as the emphasis on reading for enjoyment and information will be a focus in all of the subjects in second grade. Your contribution to these book bins will have a lifetime impact on the lives on 24 more than deserving children. The book bins are made sturdy to last many years and students to come. They will allow students to organize their reading spaces and materials, allowing me as the teacher, to focus on facilitating them to fall in love with reading.
