These items will increase learning by calming behavioral distractions due to trauma. Trauma caused by lack of food, sleep, nurture, or even income. Trauma that causes misbehavior. My new classroom will teach the student how to change their reactions for the better of them and society! Flexible seating allows students to move a bit while learning. Sensory items are calming to high tense scenarios. A combination of these items, natural lighting and calming music have shown to increase learning and attention.
