This project will give my students a connection to history. It will show them that they can be represented in both historical events and the arts. By using current musical trends and dances, these students will be given the opportunity to appreciate and enjoy historical themes and ideas. They will be able to go back to their history classes and remember the events from the show that they connect with. In addition, it will allow them to showcase cultural knowledge and arts appreciation for their college applications and future endeavors outside of our school and into their post-graduate level goals.

About my class
