Working at a Title I school in Houston, TX, we do not have the funds to travel to San Antonio to visit the Alamo and learn about it's rich history. It's up to me to bring the Alamo to my students. It's up to me to make sure that they understand the importance of the Texas Revolution and how we got to where we are today. These Augmented Reality materials will get my students excited about learning one of the most pivotal battles during the Texas Revolution. This will be the first time that my school has brought Augmented Reality into a Social Studies classroom. I want to set a standard and show that we can use the latest technology in History class.

About my class
