Makerspaces are an amazing way for students to learn through the power of play. I started building our schools Makerspace last year, but my budget is small and my goals are lofty. We have some wo derful starter equipment, but the more resources we have the more opportunities our students will get to use the space. Right now students must share all of the equipment, wjen students work with our coding robots, or Lego kits students must work in groups of 6 or 7. By adding additional educational resources, more students will get a chance to play and learn on a daily basis in the library.
