I have the book shelves but currently they are filled with old books that were discarded by libraries and other schools. I dream of filling these book shelves with new and beautiful books. Every child loves the joy of picking up a beautiful new book and exploring the secrets inside. Give my students that joy. Every day each student is given 20 minutes to go to the classroom library and select some books to read independently. They look forward to this time and get lost in the books they select and can't wait to tell the rest of the class about what they read. We promise to take very good care of the books you will give us so that they can be enjoyed for many more years.
