I am a second-grade teacher of 22 gifted and talented students. I can picture my students using these items to create and use critical thinking skills. In addition, my hope is to instill teamwork and a love for learning in them. I can picture their excitement and their curious nature as they explore and problem solve. It is important that they also learn how to work as a team. We live in a town that is on the border of Mexico. Because of this, most of the students are learning English and the vast majority of our students are economically disadvantaged. Which makes it so exciting for me to work with them since this group is eager to learn and to achieve although they have very little advantages economically. I’m excited and can’t wait to see my vision a reality. Just picture their smiles and joy as they interact with these items and you help achieve this! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
