Our group loves to play in motor lab to develop their skills and to take movement breaks. When we go to motor lab for 30 minutes twice a day, there is nothing for our wheelchair students to participate with. Who doesn’t want to play? Our students both severe and profound will have an opportunity to have a different position and movement as well as an activity to take part in. My autistic students that seek a rocking stimulation will find pleasure in swinging, as well as building core trunk muscles. Everyone will have a chance to participate at his or her own ability.
