A classroom carpet is essential for a Kindergarten classroom. We use the carpet to gather for mini-lessons, class meetings, read aloud, and more! It eliminates distractions and allows students to focus on learning. The carpet will give them a comfortable spot to collaborate during group work and explore with instructional materials in various subjects throughout the day. It adds an inviting spot for us to gather and talk about our day while building strong relationships. Having a carpet with a space for each student to have their own personal space during these times will help them grow academically and socially.
